Register for Conference

Registration fee for participants, as well as speakers, includes among other things:

  • One year membership to the FEBS
  • Registration materials
  • Lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • Welcome cocktail

Gala dinner, hotel and all other travel-related costs are not included.

The fee is €370 (early bird rate), except for other cases as detailed below:

PhD students:
 a special discount €270 fee applies (see table above). Students wishing to attend and benefit from this fee must submit a letter stating that they are a full-time student and include the name and contact information of their main faculty supervisor or department chair, as well as a copy of their student identification card. The Conference organizers reserve the right to verify student status.

Conference gala dinner: An additional fee and registration by May 15, 2016, are required from participants who wish to attend the conference dinner. Detailed information will be provided shortly.

Jointly authored papers should be submitted by the person who will present the paper. In case that more than one author of jointly authored papers will attend the Conference, each attending author needs to pay the registration fee. At least one author of a paper being presented at the conference must have registered by May 15, 2016 for the paper to remain on the programme.

Accompanying persons are welcome to attend lunches, coffee breaks, and the welcome cocktail. To attend the Conference gala dinner they must pay the additional fee.

Participant Identification Badges

Congress registered participants are kindly requested to wear their personal identification badges to all congress events. Scientific sessions, lunch, coffee breaks and social events are accessible only to those who have registered.

If you lose your personal badge you should request a new one at the registration desk.

Cancellations

Registrations are non-refundable after May 15, 2016. A refund of pre-paid fees will be made, excluding an administrative charge of €100, provided that a written request is submitted by May 15, 2016.

Invoicing

All participants will receive an official invoice issued by General Foundation of the University of Málaga.
